("Nerve Labs," "we," "our," "us") platform, including any content, features, and services made available through it (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must register for an account to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may close your account at any time. Designs, projects, or content you create may remain available within the Service after closure.
The Service is offered on both a free tier and paid subscription model.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge applicable fees.
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may upload content (including images and designs) in connection with your projects.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
All rights in and to the Service, including software, designs, logos, and branding, are owned by Nerve Labs or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
We do not grant users any right to use the Nerve Labs name, logo, or branding.
Users may use their own robotics designs created using the Service within their robots and related projects.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerve Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice.
You may terminate your account by closing it. Content you created may remain accessible to us or other users where applicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
